* When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Briluxe reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its discretion.

* Orders are confirmed once payment is processed and acceptance is confirmed. We may be unable to accommodate cancellations once an order is accepted.

* Purchases are strictly for personal use and not for resale or export.

SECTION 3 – PRICES AND BILLING

* Prices, discounts and promotions may change without notice. The price charged will be as shown at checkout and confirmed by email.

* Prices exclude shipping, handling, customs duties, taxes or import fees unless otherwise stated.

* You agree to provide accurate payment details and authorise Briluxe (or its payment providers) to charge your payment method for all purchases.

SECTION 4 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

* Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

* Once products are transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.

* Briluxe is not responsible for carrier delays, customs processing, or events beyond our control.

* You are responsible for all customs duties, taxes and import charges. Please see our Shipping Policy for details.

SECTION 5 – OUR PRODUCTS

* We aim to provide accurate product descriptions and images. However, colours and appearances may differ depending on your device or settings.

* All descriptions are subject to change without notice, and we reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

* As our products are handmade personal-use items, variations may occur.

SECTION 6 – PRIVACY POLICY

Your personal information is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. As Shopify hosts our store, certain data is also processed by Shopify and its partners. By using the Services, you agree to such processing.

SECTION 7 – RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

* Due to hygiene reasons, press-on nails and other beauty products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. We do not offer exchanges or replacements.

* If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@briluxe.com with your order number and clear photos of the item.

* Approved claims are eligible for a refund to your original payment method. Original shipping fees, customs duties and import taxes are non-refundable.

SECTION 8 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

* All trademarks, logos, content, images, graphics, video, and design elements on the Services are owned by Briluxe, its affiliates, or licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

* You may access the Services for personal, non-commercial use only. Reproduction, modification, distribution, or use of Briluxe’s intellectual property without prior written consent is prohibited.

* Briluxe names, logos and product designs are trademarks of Briluxe. You may not use them without our written permission.

SECTION 9 – OPTIONAL TOOLS & THIRD-PARTY LINKS

* We may provide access to third-party tools or links. These are offered “as is” without warranties, and your use is at your own risk.

* Briluxe is not responsible for third-party sites, tools, or purchases made through them. Please review their policies before engaging in transactions.

SECTION 10 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

* Briluxe is powered by Shopify. However, all sales and purchases are directly with Briluxe.

* Shopify is not responsible for your transactions with us. By purchasing from Briluxe, you expressly release Shopify from all claims or liabilities arising from your purchases.

SECTION 11 – FEEDBACK

If you provide reviews, suggestions, or feedback, you grant Briluxe a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, publish, and adapt such content for any purpose. You remain responsible for ensuring you hold the rights to your submissions.

SECTION 12 – ERRORS, INACCURACIES & OMISSIONS

Occasionally, information on the Services may contain errors or inaccuracies. We reserve the right to correct these, cancel orders, or update information at any time without prior notice.

SECTION 21 – GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. You and Briluxe agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong SAR. Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via our website or email (where required by law). Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
